Graphite Electrode Machining

At Prairie Tool Company, we specialize in custom graphite electrode machining for EDM applications. Our team provides complete graphite electrode design and milling solutions, using advanced CAD/CAM software such as Surfcam and WorkNC to precisely calculate tool paths from customer-supplied CAD data.

All EDM electrodes are machined on one of our two high-precision graphite milling machines, each equipped to handle both the 3R Macro pallet system and the 3R Micro system with 20mm stems. We tailor graphite selection based on application requirements or specific customer requests, ensuring optimal performance and precision for every project.
